Salesforce Program Manager, Amazon Freight

Amazon Freight is hiring a Program Manager to partner with the business to build and maintain the Salesforce platform.
Amazon Freight allows both small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport products in bulk across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven service currently growing in Europe. Amazon Freight is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization responsible for best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.
This position will own the management of an existing instance, and the implementation of several new and exciting products from initial set up, to ongoing support, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate must be able to work directly with the system, lead multiple projects or project phases at one time, and manage stakeholders expectations against deliverables and evolving timelines.

This role will serve as the internal champion and subject expert for the administration of Salesforce. We expect the candidate to engage with the business, gather requirements, conduct ongoing support, conduct user training, business analysis and activities for enhancements, upgrades, data conversions and report development for multiple business groups with varying needs. This individual will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and would be a point of contact for all issues related to Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
· Own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com including data quality, platform hygiene, internal systems integrations
· Partner with product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value
· Leverage analytics to empower Sales leaders to deep dive their business and surface just-in-time metrics that incentivize high value actions
· Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase rep productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
· Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users






Basic Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or similar mathematical/ scientific field
· Salesforce.com Basic Administrator Certification
· Past experience with Salesforce.com Admin/Configuration
· Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
· Past experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance
· Past experience with business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, and managing UAT/deployment process
· Past experience communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

· Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
· In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application architecture coupled with a good understanding around the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
· Understanding of Scrum, Agile, and CI/CD development frameworks
