Salesforce Administrator - Remote Opportunity!

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the support and maintenance of Road Scholar’s Salesforce platform. This position works closely with other IT staff and business users to ensure technology-enabled solutions are working efficiently and seamlessly. This is a hands-on technical position focusing primarily on Salesforce administration and issue resolution, with occasional declarative development responsibilities.

Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $85,000 - $90,000.

You will...

• Salesforce Administration activities including, but not limited to:
  • Maintaining object security, record access, user profiles and permissions
  • Managing data within Salesforce, including importing, exporting, and updating records from various data sources
  • Working closely with the data integrity team on data deduplication and cleansing efforts
  • Object customizations, UI enhancements, declarative processes
• Front-line Salesforce support, identifying and resolving issues in process, data, integration, access, etc.
• Proactive system optimization and maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, Health Check, Optimizer, Sandbox refreshes, data / metadata backups
• Other projects and duties as assigned

You need...

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of professional experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a Lightning-enabled org, Admin / Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder certifications (preferred)
• Experience with permissions, object customizations, UI components, Flow Builder, Data Loader
• Familiarity with dev ops tools like Copado and Azure
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proven analytic and problem solving skills
