The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the support and maintenance of Road Scholar’s Salesforce platform. This position works closely with other IT staff and business users to ensure technology-enabled solutions are working efficiently and seamlessly. This is a hands-on technical position focusing primarily on Salesforce administration and issue resolution, with occasional declarative development responsibilities.
Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $85,000 - $90,000.
You will...
- Salesforce Administration activities including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining object security, record access, user profiles and permissions
- Managing data within Salesforce, including importing, exporting, and updating records from various data sources
- Working closely with the data integrity team on data deduplication and cleansing efforts
- Object customizations, UI enhancements, declarative processes
- Front-line Salesforce support, identifying and resolving issues in process, data, integration, access, etc.
- Proactive system optimization and maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, Health Check, Optimizer, Sandbox refreshes, data / metadata backups
- Other projects and duties as assigned
You need...
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a Lightning-enabled org, Admin / Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder certifications (preferred)
- Experience with permissions, object customizations, UI components, Flow Builder, Data Loader
- Familiarity with dev ops tools like Copado and Azure
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven analytic and problem solving skills
