One of the world's leading professional services organisations operating across 158 countries are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
- Design of Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements
- Help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results.
- Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform clients sales, service and marketing capabilities.
- Driving employee engagement and collaboration.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Requirements are:
- End to end delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Cloud experience and certifications in at least one of Sales, Service and/or Marketing
- Proven track record of working in a client facing role
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
