 As part of the business systems team you will be responsible for administering a number of critical systems core to the successful functioning of the company across the Sales, Finance, HR, Research and Tech divisions. You will ensure the health and maintenance of the estate and work closely with users through to senior stakeholders. 

 Solutions administered by the team currently include the following: 
  • Salesforce (CRM and associated apps/packages including RemedyForce)
  • Zuora (Billing)
  • Xactly (Commissions systems)
  • Marketo (Marketing automation)
  • Finance systems
  • HR systems
Key responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Managing user setup, licenses, profiles and roles
  • Estate management, data management and quality maintenance
  • Customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts etc and maintaining integrations
  • Monitoring upcoming releases
  • Logging and tracking issues through to resolution, escalating where needed
  • Keeping application users informed and supported
  • Guiding and training the wider Tech Support team on how to resolve issues
  • Collaboration with the wider Business Systems team
  • Working closely with third party vendors on BAU or Project ensuring they deliver to appropriate service levels and contracts

  • Fantastic organisational skills; clear ability to plan and prioritise effectively
