Salesforce Administrator - 6 month Contractor Position

ROLE

This contractor role is responsible for running and creating customization for the administration of Salesforce’s Sales and Service Cloud.

  • The Salesforce Administrator will provide support and development within Salesforce at TMRW. This role will conduct critical administrative tasks including managing access, troubleshooting, and improving data quality. This role is integral to the success of the Salesforce development lifecycle and will be involved throughout the entire process.
  • Create and maintain custom objects/ fields, validation rules, layouts, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and approval rules
  • Create and maintain lightning flows to optimize business processes
  • Provide day to day end-user support to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce Lightning.
  • Assist with the management, prioritization, distribution, and escalation of Internal Requests
  • Assist with creating and maintaining end-users training modules
  • Assist in creating and maintaining ongoing internal documentation of processes
  • Perform testing in sandbox and production environments for new and ongoing development projects
  • Manage API connections with outside software programs
  • Understand and comfortable with APEX
  • Other duties as assigned.

You must be an enterprising self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on flawless execution. You will win by turning ideas into action, strategy into tangible execution that will create value for TMRW and our customers. You will work closely with our Operations and integration teams.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ year(s) working hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, custom settings, and field services
  • Organized, disciplined thinker with ability to work independently in fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement to existing business processes and proactively offer solutions
  • Excellent time management and project management skills; must be able to track and manage details for projects/tasks
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative fast paced environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
  • Skills in Zapier, Jira, Propel and FormTitan is a plus
  • You are a curious collaborator and strong team player

The pay range for this position is: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. This is a 1099 contractor position. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at this time. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
