We are seeking an experienced and versatile Salesforce Architect who combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes. As a Technical and Functional Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with both technical requirements and business goals. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving our organization's Salesforce strategy forward.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and architect complex Salesforce solutions that encompass both technical and functional considerations, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead the development of technical designs, data models, integration strategies, and security models that optimize the use of Salesforce capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce customization, configuration, and development using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
  • Assess and recommend appropriate Salesforce apps, integrations, and third-party tools to enhance platform capabilities and meet business needs.
  • Lead and mentor development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with system administrators, quality assurance teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging Salesforce features, technologies, and trends to drive innovation and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are a plus.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, customization, data modeling, and integration methods.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies for seamless data exchange.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Project management skills to lead and coordinate Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
