RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with expertise in release management and deployment to join their team.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring smooth and efficient releases, and minimizing risks during deployments. Your strong project management skills, Salesforce expertise, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Salesforce System Administrator, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of software project delivery experience
- Experience with software development life cycle
- Experience managing resource allocation across multiple projects
- Experience managing requirements and user stories
- Experience with release management
- Experience managing Statements of Work
- Basic understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schemas
- Proven risk management, issue resolution, and change control proficiency
- Exposure to the Agile SCRUM development and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work successfully with remote business and technical teams
