Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect (Full time remote) to perform the following duties:

• Running requirement gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders
• Composing and finalizing User Stories / Requirements
• Guiding development team through solution design and development
• Salesforce application configuration and administration
• Executing Sprint Demos to client business users
• Helping compose end-user training content and delivering training content
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing
• Measuring Results post-go-live

Requirements:

• Exceptional oral and written communications skills

• Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills

• Highly motivated, persuasive, and success driven personality

• Ability to lead and work as part of team

• 3-5 years of Salesforce Solution Architect experience in Service and Experience Cloud

• Experience with Chat Bots, CTI, Case Management, Service Cloud data model, Omnichannel, Digital Engagement

• Must be able to do some hands-on configuration skills, but not coding skills (Does not require Apex or LWC)

• Salesforce Field Service experience is a plus

• Understanding of architectural & integration concepts

• Some travel as required for prospect and customer meetings
