Salesforce Account Executive

Seeking a Salesforce Account Executive to be responsible for growing net new business in the Salesforce.com space. Requires deep market knowledge of various industries especially Healthcare and ability to work in an exciting, fast paced and rapidly evolving Salesforce practice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop capture plans, formulate a winning capture strategy especially in the Salesforce Health Cloud domain
• Identify and qualify opportunities and grow the pipeline both independently and in collaboration with Business Development
• Build relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, AVPs to strategize and win joint opportunities for Softrams
• Lead development and implementation of large deal capture plans (win strategy, timeline, and backlog), ensuring it is maintained, up to date, and properly reported
• Perform gap analysis of capabilities against customer requirements and identifies salient past performance references
• Form and lead cross-functional opportunity pursuit teams of business developers, solution architects, analysts, business unit representatives, and proposal managers managing level of effort and direction
• Engage support from corporate resources to support Opportunity Capture, including Graphics, Marketing, Contracts, Recruiting, and Pricing
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in the healthcare sector, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
• Leads development of internal teaming and capabilities gap analysis, competitive assessments, discriminators and key win themes and overall win strategy
• Develop proposal schedule and ensure adherence to all deadlines
• Regularly participate in Salesforce alliance partner events and workshops

Required Skills:

• Experience using Salesforce CRM and 5+ years of proven results in creating new Salesforce accounts and recent history of achieving sales targets
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and experience selling to healthcare organizations (including Insurance, Pharma, Hospitals and Health Systems, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value of Health Cloud to prospective customers
• Proven experience managing the new business process from lead to opportunity creation through onboarding and ongoing customer success, with the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships from the C-Suite through the line level
• Deep relationships in the health and broader industry markets are a plus
• Metrics and performance management
• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, work breakdown structures and basis of estimates
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
• Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required

Public Trust Clearance

This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
