About the team:

We are passionate about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and creating opportunities through commerce and technology. Our responsibilities include all aspects of eBays business in the EMEA region including eBays operations in major European markets -- UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain -- as well as driving growth in emerging markets such as Turkey.

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing management of Salesforce administration and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal customers. This is a detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business. The Salesforce Administrator will be with our dev and operations team.

As part of our CRM operation team, you are crafting the way how users work with our solution, solving issues and communicating missing features or aspects into the product management and dev teams. You are an integral part of how we automate processes and make life easier for our user base.

Main responsibilities

Work closely with relevant end users to understand and seek business requests.
Provide ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyse and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the departments.
Work in a team of admins, spanning over four continents.
Ability to gain a deep understanding of our Salesforce setup and our processes to provide support and training to end users.
Collaborate with developers and QA to test and verify that solutions will meet business requirements.
Shape and streamline our operations process.
Support in creation and updates of training documentation

Key skills and experience

1-3 years' experience working with Salesforce as an administrator.
At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Force.com platform / Sales Cloud implementations
Proven communication skills in 1st and 2nd level support and within multi-functional project teams
Detailed understanding of object relations in Salesforce and proven track record creating custom objects and custom fields in Salesforce.
Understanding of Salesforce development (coding skills not required)
Ability to gain a deep understanding of our Salesforce setup and our processes to provide general support and training to end users.
Collaborate with developers and QA to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements.
Experience working on Agile teams (Scrum)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
