 ABOUT THE ROLE

To enable and drive our continued growth we are looking for a Salesforce User Support with a proven track record of administering, owning and maintaining our core value data to the organization's Salesforce CRM application.

As WiredScore's Salesforce User Support, you'll be responsible for maintaining critical business processes on the Salesforce platform, playing a business-facing role combining technical responsibilities and traditional consulting elements.

The Salesforce user support will interface with various global business members responsible for our core business functions (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations) and will take the time to understand specific requirements, what the business is trying to accomplish and why, then only afterwards, leverage technology (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, custom software) to create a solution that enables those changes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Initial point of contact for all Salesforce troubleshooting requests and ad-hoc requirements and initiatives.
  • Manage internal stakeholder expectations and maintain communication throughout the course of projects.
  • Collaborate and provide oversight to Salesforce Administrator.
  • Operate effectively alongside a small team of Salesforce experts to ensure this business critical solution is effectively utilised across all teams.
  • Own the data integrity of our Salesforce platform to ensure reporting tools (e.g. dashboards) deliver a precise and accurate representation of the company KPIs.
  • Maintain the level configuration and customization of Salesforce including custom fields, page layouts, maintaining and creating reports and dashboards, validation and workflow rules.
  • Manage and/or perform technical maintenance (i.e. patches, certifications) and application performance across the platform.
CORE QUALITIES / SKILLS:
  • First and foremost, a passion for Salesforce and helping organizations succeed!
  • Minimum two years' experience in Salesforce Lightning administration.
  • Experience with Flows, Workflows, Process Builders and Email Templates, and potentially developer skills.
  • Understanding of Salesforce integrations both within Salesforce and for external applications (i.e. Gmail, Breadwinner, DocuSign etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, requirements gathering and meeting facilitation.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo with professionalism and respect for the individual.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, effective time management, and the ability to make judgments that are in the best interest of WiredScore
DESIRABLE:
  • Salesforce.com Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder certifications
  • SFDC development experience
  • Pardot integration and optimization
