We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join us.
As a Salesforce Administrator you will set up, configure, maintain, and support Zotec’s Salesforce.com CRM system instance.
What you'll do:
- Act as primary administrator for Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds
- Maintain knowledge of Salesforce declarative business logic, Workflow, Process Builder, Validation and Assignment Rules
- Build, customize, and support objects, workflows, reports, or dashboards
- Ensure integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms
- Test and approve system changes prior to deployment
- Maintain knowledge of new developments and technology related to Salesforce
- Provide training to end-users and departmental staff
- Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve Salesforce processes and performance
- Assist team members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
- Orient new co-workers and actively support team development
- Keep knowledge up to date through training, certifications and study
What you'll bring to Zotec:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Informatics, MIS, Computer Science, or technical training equivalent
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionality including email studio and automation studio required
- Experience configuring marketing cloud connect
- Knowledge of web builder, journey builder and contact builder preferred
- Ability to professionally exercise discretion and independent judgement in day-to-day work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or 5+ years of Salesforce Administrative experience preferred
- Some travel may be required
