Compensation: Base Salary: $110-140K (based on experience and geographical location) + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
The Regional Salesforce CRM Manager will lead the entire CRM department within his/her Region and manage or liaison with all Country CRM Managers & Local Admins, whether in a specific segment or cross-segments within a country. Effective data collection and analysis is key to provide the business required insights to support the processes, in-line with Global CRM programs and initiatives. This will ensure that there is a consistency in data-driven decision making and strategy formulation, using the CRM as single source of truth.
In this role, he/she will coordinate with all required stakeholders and regional business owners (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Retention) to ensure effective use of the CRM in-line with business processes; and increase user satisfaction and customer engagement.
To be successful in this position, the candidate should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems and Data metrics. He/she should also have a strong business acumen and the ability to effectively follow the ever-evolving needs and priorities of the Business, as well as proactively address CRM user concerns to ensure an optimal tool adoption.
20% - As a CRM Ambassador, influence, train and guide business leaders within specific regions to ensure they get optimal benefit from the tool and its data and facilitate data-driven decision making
30% - Proactively develop/customize all required reports and dashboards as per Regional needs, in collaboration with Group BI Analyst
20% - Foster regional collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, MSDC, Operations & Retention functions and projects as all relate to better knowing and understanding current customers and opportunities to acquire new ones.
15% - Lead a team of CRM Managers by Segment and/or country to implement new releases’ features and related processes. Help raise awareness of data ownership with business stakeholders and Leadership
10% - Collaborate closely with Group Solution Team to effectively test and validate new functionalities and features, as per CRM back-log and Release cadence. Ensure timely implementation at Regional level of the Global CRM strategy to fuel the company’s growth
5% - Support User onboarding processes and 1st level user issues when escaladed from Local Admins and Country CRM Managers

In this individual contributor role, you will oversee all CRM functions for NORAM, support the development of the business’s overall prospect, client & consumer management capabilities to ensure all Global initiatives are well cascaded down to the Regions.

Oversee our North American CRM (Salesforce)- Facilitate monthly meetings with segment CRM managers
- Oversee day to day management of CRM including data quality, reports/dashboards and forecasting
- Extract data to determine strategic areas of focus
- Collaborate with internal teams during different stages of the sales cycle
- Ensure Salesforce remains current regarding technology updates, etc.

10+ years’ experience managing CRM systems (At least 5 years’ of Salesforce)- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience pulling and analyzing big data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI are a plus

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or Information Systems
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years technical expertise with Salesforce and analytical systems – Salesforce Admin Certification(s) is required
