What you’ll be doing...
As a Tableau CRM Enterprise Account Executive, you will sell the most resourceful analytics suite for every business user. Tableau CRM combines dynamic, interactive data visualizations with the power of machine learning to deliver insights and data-driven applications that are operational in every industry. The Enterprise Account Executive will formulate and implement a Tableau CRM sales strategy within Enterprise Accounts, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their segment. You will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry quota for the Tableau CRM product sales in their region.
Some of the responsibilities include...
Define and complete territory / account sales plans for assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.
Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Work closely with your customers as a trusted adviser to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
Collaborate with customers on the Tableau CRM suite to promote solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.
Input and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system (ie, SFDC).
Build and manage partner relationships.
Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
Keep tabs on competition, competitive issues and products.
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
Contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Tableau Sales Team.
Who you are...
Experienced.
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience. Experience selling analytics, data, database, predictive modeling, or other business intelligence.
Performer.
Consistent overachievement of sales goals.
Sales Cycle Authority.
You have the expertise at the transaction and enterprise level. You lead prospects and customers as opposed to reacting to to customer requests.
Excellent communication.
You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
Missionary.
Highly engaged individual with a focus on timely execution and a belief in Tableau’s mission. You can go beyond relationship management.
