More about the role:
The Salesforce Solution Manager will advise, design, prioritise and deliver platform solutions that drive adoption aligned with strategic business objectives . This role will lead the prioritisation and communication of the salesforce roadmap and plan all future initiatives.
This is a fulltime permanent role based in our Pyrmont office.
A day in the life…
- Present the platform vision, opportunities and goals, develop reporting against key metrics.
- Recommend solutions and provide guidance of customisation and third party applications integrations, salesforce best practice processes etc.
- Iteration/sprint management providing oversight of testing, guiding through issues.
- Facilitate requirements definition, scope estimations, solution design playbacks and development of workflows.
- Documentation of the solution for stakeholder approval and ensuring solutions are built for the long term future state.
- Hands-on configurations on the salesforce platform.
- Stakeholder and vendor management.
- Sprint and reporting of key metrics.
What we are looking for?
- Qualification (desirable) and Experience in project management, building trust that manages pipelines, demand generation, deadlines and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 5 years Salesforce solution design experience.
- Ability to ensure deliverables are met with consideration of financial implications.
- Knowledge of the commercial drivers of the real estate industry (desirable)
- Salesforce Administrator qualification.
- IT or Business Systems qualification or equivalent work experience
