Epson is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a passion for data integrity and user training.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in data management within Salesforce.com Sales Cloud with a passion for supporting and training end-users. The candidate will also have strong communication skills. Finally, the candidate will be able to help impact business by identifying and delivering key trainings that will help the sales teams utilize SFDC to their competitive advantage.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for administration and support of Epson’s Sales databases including:
- Daily administration and support of Epson’s SalesForce.com, SOAR, and SAP Customer databases.
- Collaborates with/Key Customers including:
- Commercial Sales Team (North America)
- Product Management
- Marketing Communications and Sales Operations
- Information Systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various sales teams requiring maintenance, reporting and training.
- Train new and existing users and provide ongoing support for the SalesForce.com and SOAR applications
- Provides regular data extractions to support various communications teams and websites.
- Provides central communication point between headquarters and the field sales force for database administration.
- Communicating with many teams throughout the organization
- Work with users to keep all aspects of data in each system current as a part of the cross-functional data governance team
- Develop, create and deliver customized reports and dashboards based on input from leadership teams
- Assist IS developers with new system configuration by delivering business requirements
- Create and submit Salesforce change requests
- Create and develop user stories to aid in system testing
- Keeping current on new SalesForce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with SFDC
- Salesforce Admin Certification required
- Pardot and CPQ experience a plus
