POSITION SUMMARY

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be focused on creating the vision, road map, and future implementations of our customer relationship management platform.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and support our Salesforce developers and ensure they are building sustainable and scalable long-term solutions
  • Dive into our Salesforce infrastructure to identify opportunities to create a more stable, less error-prone environment.
  • Work with our software engineering team to identify integration opportunities with our homegrown applications and portals
  • Build scalable portals in Salesforce
  • Develop proof of concepts and prototypes
  • Proactively seek out, identify, and implement necessary system changes and improvements
  • Identify technical design risks and develop mitigation strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of software architecture or engineering experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM or ERP solutions
  • Experience delivering projects with privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory constraints
  • Salesforce certifications preferred. Developer (DEV 401) and (Dev 501)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Must have 6 years of Salesforce implementation experience with exposure to lightning
  • Strong hands on experience in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Hands on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Experience on Apex Class coding and Visualforce
  • Experience on Writing Apex classes and Creating test classes
  • Working experience of Agile delivery model and Sprints
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Component Framework.
  • Hands on experience with salesforce.com Web Services APIs and force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite including Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
  • Expert level ability in SOQL and SOSL, Workbench, ANT & Eclipse
  • Excellent Front End development skills (Lightening, Visual Force, CSS/HTML, JQuery)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary
  • Duties may require working weekends and overtime
