What you'll do:
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders including Business, Architecture, Tech Leads, BSA's Mentor and coach new and junior members of the team.
- Participate and drive technical discussions.
- Partner with BSA or Business to define the requirements.
- Analyze the requirements and arrive at options to address the requirement.
- Develop the prototype and later design to build the feature.
- Partner with QE to build the test capabilities for the feature.
- Analyze production issues quickly as well as identify and address root causes.
- Participate in code reviews and share feedback.
- BS or BA degree
- Apex trigger, VF pages and lightning component development skillsets
- Hands on experience on batch jobs queueable jobs and Async integration pattern as well as streaming real time integration
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to participate effectively in global teams
- Ability to own a feature of medium complexity
- Has solid expertise on the business domain and software platforms
- Demonstrates expertise in a technology
- Ability to integrate with other applications using techniques like API's etc.
- Knowledgeable about design patterns and ability to use them while building solutions
- Demonstrates passion for improving business processes
