Responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate business requirements, goals and project success criteria
- Design solutions for business needs using Salesforce.com capabilities
- Sell ideas to customers and clearly communicate advantages for their business
- Conduct meetings and prepare business process documentation and process flows
- Work closely with different internal teams and other parties
- Participate in the complete pre-sales and implementation processes by driving the project from design to through deployment phases
- Guide development teams on the functionality we’re providing to meet the customer’s requirements
- Prepare client training plans and conduct training
- Participate in product development cycle
- Select and set up external apps from AppExchange
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, products and functionality
- Previous experience in Salesforce.com implementations would be an advantage
- Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud; Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud; Experience Builder (Community); CPQ would be considered a plus
- Salesforce administrator certification would be a plus
- Demonstrated consulting and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and project management level
- Fluent English
