About this position
Ava is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our new Business Systems team. Your role will be responsible for the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Sales Cloud in our Salesforce org, as well as assisting the team to deliver solutions to the business to help drive sales and efficiencies.
You will be supporting our org that has approaching 100 users, ensuring that it is continuously improved, applying your experience to delivering solutions using Salesforce good practice.
The key responsibilities of this job include:
Configuring, developing and supporting the company Salesforce org in line with good practice
Working closely with stakeholders to recommend and agree solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsible for the continued enhancement of the configuration of the org
Providing strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions
Passionate about suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working.
Working within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities.
Support the Business Systems Director in the day to day management of the technical projects
About you
3 years experience of the Salesforce platform and configuration, including flows, process builder, etc
Salesforce Lightning
Experience working with marketing platforms, like hubspot or outreach.
Experience with AppExchange solutions, such as DocuSign, etc.
Awareness of Apex and Visualforce
Salesforce Administrator certifications - Desirable
Knowledge of Agile.
Some exposure to Salesforce CPQ
