Requirements

The Salesforce Admin & Sales Operations is a position with responsibility for leading the enablement, training, and operations of the sales organisation. Along with leadership, the position helps set strategy and direction for enablement activities including the assessment of skillset, development of training and content delivery; facilitation of training sessions around product rollouts, as well as the ongoing development needs of the sales organisation. The role also focuses heavily on Salesforce operationalising, sales quota planning and rollout, rules of engagement, CRM integrations, custom reporting, and other sales related tasks or projects. It is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders such as support, billing, finance, development, leadership, and others, in an effort to best equip the sales organisation to succeed and achieve their targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Help assist in managing the utilisation of sales CRM, i.e. Salesforce; helping create and manage reporting from CRM

· Help assist in managing pricing tool for sales organisation, interacting with appropriate teams, i.e. finance, business operations, etc.

· Help develop sales “Rules of Engagement” document that outlines the roles and responsibilities of different sales functions, i.e. acquisition, installed base, field, etc.

· Works with sales leadership to create sales compensation plans by role, working with Finance on coordination of plans, i.e. payouts, timing, structure, etc.

· Help coordinate and manage vendor relations, tracking templates, tools, agreements, etc. Primary driver to help ensure vendor relations and MDF funds for sales are being leveraged to the fullest extent possible

· Create learning and development roadmap that supports go-to-market priorities (stakeholder needs; company strategy; and identified pulse of the sales force), aligning with global initiatives where applicable

· Manage inventory and systems/tools; create reporting mechanisms for sales force

· Own development and execution of curriculum, certification strategy and content for sales teams

· Manage sales content distribution as well as sales collateral

· Direct product and solution training, sales skills training, and process and tools training with a focus on knowledge, behavior and skill where necessary

· Ensure that sales is prepared to effectively sell against the competition

· Support corporate and sales strategies and objectives; ensure consistent performance in day to day sales operations

· Liaise with other teams such as finance, support, billing, leadership, marketing, development, etc. to drive synergy with the Sales teams

· Help create any custom reporting or tools that are vital to the sales organization’s success

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

· Salesforce Admin Certified

· Experience in sales, sales/business operations, project management, or marketing with preferred experience in training and/or education disciplines; inventory management also a plus

· 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following functions: sales; sales operations or enablement; learning and development; project management; vendor relations, product marketing, business/finance operations, inventory management

· Extensive knowledge of operational leadership skills. Resolves critical issues and leads program development

· Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts

· Ability to conduct research studies, analyse data, and develop strategies

· Demonstrate ability to effectively empower selling teams with crucial data, tools, systems, etc.
