As Back Market is getting even stronger as a leader of the refurbished market while developing world-wide, we are looking for great international talents to strengthen our sales team.
As a key member of the global Business Development team, you'll help develop and scale your international portfolio of merchants in every market, both on the operational side and on the strategic side.
Based in our Paris office, you'll work closely with our Business Developer China, customer care, marketing and technical teams, a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making sure our products and the Back Market brand stand out.
In order to accelerate Back Market growth by creating efficient process automation, we need your help.
As a member of the Salesforce team, alongside the Supply team, you will be responsible for the process improvement using Salesforce.
YOUR MISSION (if you accept it):
- Use Salesforce on a daily basis
- Respond to user tickets and questions
- Build reports and dashboards showing business metrics and KPIs
- Setup Salesforce according to the business requirements
- Develop your Salesforce skills, and gain technical knowledge
- Prepare Salesforce certification
- Understand other business systems and apps that are synced with Salesforce (Zendesk, Aircall, etc.)
- Understand and improve existing processes and work on introduction of the new ones
YOU'RE AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
- English is a no brainer
- You are available for a 6 months internship
- You have experience with Salesforce
- You are interested in Salesforce administrator and/or developer career
- You are able to read, understand and analyze data
- You are passionate about processes and their improvement through automation
- You love teamwork and working in the dynamic and challenging environment
- You are eager to learn, grow and improve your skills and knowledge
- Education: Economics, Statistics, Business School, Engineering or similar
