Summary: Salesforce Developer for IQVIA Commercial Services and Marketing Solutions (CSMS) Technical Offerings team to support their Salesforce systems and managed packages.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs
- Design solutions using existing architecture
- Provide APEX coding as needed
- Work with the existing admin and development teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration and management
- Work with the solution architect to refine and enhance new architectures
- Support existing & Build new integrations
- Support the CSMS Salesforce Capability Centre to share knowledge and best practice
- Support development of CSMS Salesforce resources by participating in team discussions and sharing learnings
- Participate in complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
- Participate in SDLC refinement conversations for Salesforce groups
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated technical and development experience (APEX, Visualforce & Lightning)
- Extensive solution delivery experience
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
Desired Skills
- Demonstrable Health Cloud experience
- Salesforce Developer 2 Certification
- Health industry ,Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization experience
- Experience with Communities Cloud/ Service Cloud /FSL experience
- Experience with design, dev and implementation of Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile Apps
- Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Experience with Agile solution delivery
- Mobile app development
- UX/UI Design
