JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global’s client in the is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their Customer Service Salesforce Platform. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be gathering requirements, writing up detailed user stories, business process analysis and scoping/estimating work load once the project is approved. He/she will also attend a daily meeting with the SME from the Customer Service areas our client supports – the BA will spend this time collaborating and talking about enhancements, bug fixes, UAT testing, and any new updates within in the environment. This person will be responsible for communicating cross functionally within the organization, so strong written/verbal skills is a must.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) AND Sales and Service Clouds
- Extensive experience writing user stories and working with an independent UI/UX team
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
- Familiarity on security concepts such as single sign on and data security (Shield)
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign preferred
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consultant certifications
