We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help us maximize sales operational efficiencies and realize the full features and benefits of an optimally deployed Salesforce instance.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as CloudCheckr’s Salesforce.com owner, SME, and administrator:
- Proactively seek out, identify, and implement system changes to support business needs, usability, data collection and process simplification.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development or process/workflow alterations.
- Project manage all changes rolled out to SFDC ensuring that all users understand changes prior to rollout.
- Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within the SFDC environment.
- Maintain system security and integrity, regarding all user information - this includes updates; adding/removing licenses; reassigning profile information; designing, creating, and maintaining roles and hierarchies; monitoring usage/storage.
- Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all interconnected upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support new functionality or process enhancements.
- Assist in training of new users and grow the SFDC skill set across CloudCheckr’s Growth & Strategy organization.
- Monitor, own, and proactively improve data quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator; preference given to candidates with experience successfully owning a sales tech stack centered around Salesforce.
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in an IT Business analyst or Sales Operations role
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales users and Sales Management in process/workflow improvement.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel
- Preference given to candidates with project management experience, skills, and certification in: Gainsight, Outreach, other Marketing and Sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with an emphasis on Business, MIS, Analytics, or related field
