This journeyman Salesforce Administrator position supports the DoD-Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) within the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This role is part technical project manager, administrator and Salesforce analyst. Develops SOPs for administering site and preserving data. Develops Salesforce customer schemas for managing Defense Industrial Base (DIB) partner database, contact information and demographics. Supports DCISE objectives by building dashboards, reports, and notifications based on approved requirements. Maintains Salesforce site including deploying customer schemas for managing DIB partner database, POC information, demographics. Responsible for implementing access control policies and creating accounts.
- Requires 5 to 8 years relevant experience with BS/BA; or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA; or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
- Experience administrating Salesforce
- Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling
- Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders, users, and development team
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
- DOD 8570/8410 IAT Level II certification or higher (CySA+, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CISSP, etc)
- Must obtain SalesForce Certified Administrator certification within six months of employment.
- Secret security clearance required

Colorado Salary Minimum: $58,094.40
Colorado Salary Maximum:$124,176.00
