Our client is a leading provider of data, analytics, and technology solutions to the global securities and investment management industries. Their Marketing team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support Marketing operations and its effort to onboard sales enablement tools. Initially, you'll help configure, integrate, and launch a sales outreach tool with our Salesforce platform to support workflows and sequences for multiple sales teams.
Additionally, we will rely on you to ensure the integrity of the database and set up easy-to-understand reports. You will provide support for data migration and be required to spot gaps and make suggestions for process improvements. You'll partner closely with Marketing teammates and our existing Sales Operations to establish ongoing maintenance and train internal staff, if necessary.
This position is based in New York, but open to 100% remote candidates.

Key responsibilities for this initiative include:
SFDC Configuration:
- Confirm the minimum requirements to connect Outreach to SFDC
- Confirm field-level security settings
- Create a new test Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity within our SFDC
- Review the SFDC Configuration Overview /Guide and Support Documentation
- Take the SFDC Plugin Course for Admins course to help build understanding
You'll need to have:
- At least 4 years of progressive professional experience in reporting and data management; with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce platform administration
- Solid grasp of SOQL, relational databases, Microsoft Excel, and AGILE methodologies
- Experience handling, manipulating, processing, and verifying large sets of data with accuracy and integrity
- Good project management skills for executing short term projects and reporting requests
- Proven history of solving complex data problems with a sharp eye for detail
- Curiosity and a passion for learning and applying knowledge
- Superb interpersonal skills with comfort working across diverse teams and handling senior leaders
- An ability to handle your time efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, open, positive, and collaborative personality
- Knowledge of other Marketing support platforms like Hubspot, Zoominfo, and Outreach
- Holding a salesforce.com admin certification is preferred
