Job Description Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the technology that supports Customer Care omni-channel operations, primarily Salesforce Service Cloud. This position will be responsible for delivering on improvements focused on improving the customer experience by working with various partners such as developers and quality assurance (testing).

They will also serve as a subject matter expert representing, Customer Care to mitigate risk on other projects and initiatives. This role is an integral member of Global Customer Care and assists project teams with resolving Salesforce issues and enhancements. On occasion this role will provide coverage for the Senior Manager, Service Experience & Technology in supporting the other members of the team and operations.

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Administrator you will have the opportunity to:
  • Assist with setting up new users, manage user security and access.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to translate needs into technical solutions
  • Participate in business and process reviews as a Salesforce subject matter expert
  • Use technical expertise to support Customer Care operations in running effectively
  • Document: system configurations, processes, and procedures

The skills and experience required for this role are:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two plus years’ experience maintaining Salesforce solutions
  • Experience partnering with solutions delivery teams in an agile environment
  • Excellent consulting, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant preferred
