SALESFORCE DEVELOPPER (M/F)

In the Equans Sales & Services Shared Line of Services, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer to strengthen the Corp Salesforce Center of Excellence team in Paris.

You become part of a team of different product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, service deliver manager helping to implement Salesforce Cloud application such Sales, Services, Field Service, Revenue or CRM Analytics.

Your main activities:

You follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases

You participate on multiple Salesforce organisations, process small enhancements, service requests and incidents

You analyze the needs of the different business users throughout different projects

You work in an agile methodology

You collaborate with a team of Salesforce architects, business analysts, administrators and developers to determine the most appropriate technical designs to meet business needs

You work together with the other developers before and during development, while also supporting Quality Assurance process when required to ensure that your developments meet the needs of Product Owners

You document processes, requirements, solutions and contribute to user guides

You translate business requirements into technical specifications

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or equal by experience

minimum experience of 3 years in Salesforce technology (medior to senior profile)

You have worked for at least 2 years in an agile environment

Preferably you have knowledge of common DevOps practices (CI/CD), Jira or equivalent tools, Release management with Copado, Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Knowledge of Salesforce System Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics is a plus

Software: MS Office, Jira, Github, Copado
