Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.
The roles key responsibilities will include:
· Work cross-functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage Salesforce roadmap including but not limited to gaining alignment on how we are going to prioritize, what is being prioritized, communicating the roadmap to stakeholders, and updating the roadmap

· Define and implement the strategy to gather tech inputs and requirements including business requirements documentation, UAT, and validation of expected results
· Own certain functionality of existing internal operational tools by understanding, validating and prioritizing enhancements
· Author documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, business requirements and functional specifications.
· Drive business decision making process based on input from global program owners and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
· Synthesize requirements coming from many functions and demonstrating a solid working knowledge of requirements to project stakeholders and sponsors
· Define and track success metrics for business impact
· Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve the current programs and processes
