Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

Analyze and improve existing End-to-End commercial internal and Go-to-Market processes and concepts, driving regular reviews and optimizations
Design and integrate processes to meet commercial and operational business needs across the organization
Drive and support international optimization projects with close collaboration of international commercial team and responsibility for own work packages
Administration, configuration and implementation of functionalities and applications in our CRM tool (Salesforce)
Support Salesforce users with technical and process solutions
Organize and conduct Salesforce eLearning and live classroom trainings
Establish market insights/analytics to generate more sales opportunities
Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive, commercial, business unit, market and product management based on CRM data

Qualifikationen:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or industrial engineering
Work experience in consulting, or Life Science and/or Microbiology & Molecular Diagnostics would be beneficial
First professional work experience in sales process review and improvement, and with Salesforce
Preferably Salesforce skilled in creating custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, custom tabs, reports, dashboards components and managing day-to-day operations for 1.000+ users
Demonstrated working effectively in cross-functional project teams to identify business requirements and translate into optimized commercial processes
Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality
Strong implementation and integration experience
Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and "out-of-the-box” thinking
Energetic, strong communicator across all hierarchical levels
Fluent language skills in English
