About the role: 

Ogury transitioned to using a globally recognized tool Salesforce in 2018 and we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Assistant who will help with the set-up of the system, manage ad-hoc requests and be responsible for building key reporting metrics for stakeholders across the business.
You will work under the Lead Salesforce Admin and be part of a team wherein they will receive training to become fully competent with using Salesforce. Alongside the training, you’ll act as the ‘go to’ for teams and stakeholders across the business. You will need to build a solid understanding of Ogury’s business, to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system.
You’ll be a part of an exciting workplace which retains its start-up feel and play a key part in Team Salesforce’s journey of utilizing the system to its fullest extent. What you will be doing initially:
  • Assist sales management to create processes in salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
  • Learn about the Ogury business across the board and the roles and needs of different business units.
  • Act as first-line support for functional-related topics: i.e. answer process and ‘How To’ questions

What you will be doing over time:
  • Become fully competent on all Salesforce processes and features from the onsite training and online tools such as Trailheads.
  • Work with external consultants in the implementation stage of the Ogury salesforce system, including migration of data from our old CRM, set up of users and all relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Support or deliver training for other users – including new features and releases.
  • Continually modify the system to increase benefits and usability, and seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
About you:
  • An initial exposure to/experience with Salesforce is preferred, but we’re happy to consider backgrounds experienced with another CRM software.
  • You feel comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in various teams throughout the business, managing expectations with each team.
  • You’re a detail oriented person who loves to think analytically. 
  • A passion for learning quickly! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning how a tech business works from the ground up and can show examples of when they’ve had to learn new skills at pace.
  • An interest in data, problem solving and business processes is also an advantage.
