As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Support) you will be a member of our Client Success & Support team focused on delivering on-going Salesforce support to our Clients. As a critical member of the Client Success & Support team you will work with many of our long-term clients to help them better leverage Salesforce to solve business challenges. You have an opportunity to have a major impact on our Client's businesses.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Support), you will report to the Client Success & Support Team that is responsible for a large portfolio of our most strategic clients. You'll be an integral part of gathering business requirements, defining user stories and working with a team to configure, setup, troubleshoot and assist our clients with Salesforce.

You Will:

  • Meet with existing SMBHD clients to understand their business processes and how Salesforce is leveraged for their business.
  • Work collaboratively with the project delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing support occurs.
  • Strategize and brainstorm with clients on the "Art of the Possible" and how Salesforce can be extended to better support their business.
  • Assist with managing client communications and coordinating client requests/cases.
  • Document user stories and functional requirements.
  • Deliver declarative configurations in Salesforce and related Salesforce products.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Project Managers to ensure on-time and successful delivery for our clients.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts on Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce.

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in delivering technology solutions.
  • 2+ years working with Salesforce.com.
  • 1+ Salesforce Certifications
  • Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including: MVC architecture, reporting, automation, and flows.
  • Understanding of core concepts of integration, APIs, and APEX triggers.
  • Exceptional analysis skills.

  • 2+ Existing Salesforce certifications
  • Experience working with Field Service Lightning, Custom Development and/or Integration
