Amazon Shipping is seeking a Data Analyst to build and maintain our Salesforce platform. This candidate would be responsible for managing key elements of our CRM system, which includes managing our daily data feed, database management, ongoing maintenance and system checks, as well as continuous improvement of processes and features. The successful candidate should have a strong Excel and Salesforce skill-set, be able to maintain high standards of database management, communicate effectively, execute in a fast paced environment and be eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

System Operations: Ensure that the CRM system data feeds are properly setup, and updated on a daily basis.
Data Management: Oversee and ensure the overall data integrity of our CRM and deep diving potential data defects.
Reporting: Own and maintain weekly business reporting to Senior Leadership.
Process Documentation: Ensure appropriate data procedures and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.
Feature Enhancement: Configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including custom fields, validations, workflows rules, Salesforce Reports, Lightning Pages/Layouts, and user management.
Experience in a B2B organisation, particularly in a Data Analyst, Sales Operations, or similar role
Experience using Salesforce data tools (such as Data Loader, DemandTools, IDE)
Experience with Agile-based development practices and Sprint planning strategies
Proficiency in SQL
