UMortgage is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and communicative Salesforce Business Analyst to join our developing Data Team. As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of our Salesforce.com deployment and will be responsible for identifying and documenting new requirements and opportunities to drive business growth. Design, develop, test, deploy and document high quality solutions on the SFDC platform.
Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
Assist with the migration and integration of Salesforce.com.
Contribute to business planning sessions and provide input from a business and IT perspective to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
Assess business needs and communicate requirements to Systems to make necessary changes and updates.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to address internal gaps and areas of opportunity.
Build business logic processes using Validation rules, Formula Fields, Workflow Rules and Approval processes.
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Evaluate new technology and software in the areas of product performance improvements or additional productivity tools.
Monitor system performance, investigate problems, and recommend adjustments to prevent performance degradation.
Utilize experience in data sourcing, data mapping, data migration, data profiling, and documenting data definitions to accurately communicate with teams.
Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding.
Work with end users and management to document, design, test and deploy complex processes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field required

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst required

Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

Experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Extensive knowledge in generating process documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

Solid knowledge of business information systems

Working knowledge of SAP business software applications

Must have experience working with Microsoft Visio or Whimsical

Ability to work independently and within a team setting with minimal direction.
