The Field Enablement and Go-To-Market Team is responsible for empowering people, process, and technology initiatives of our sales teams. We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator Analyst to ensure that KeyBank Payments organization capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system.
To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator Analyst, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, build a holistic roadmap and design best practice solutions. This role will work across various initiatives requiring a broad mix of work – some more operational/later stage and some strategic/exploratory stage. This is not an IT role – the ideal candidate has a combination of strategy, operations, and Salesforce systems experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products to drive speed to revenue initiatives and campaigns
  • Partner with key stakeholders (from Business Development and Product) to elicit and document business needs and build the roadmap to optimize business processes, increase user adoption and support Product roadmap needs
  • Own the prioritization, design and execution of the Payments Salesforce roadmap
  • Build the requirements / framework to create various ongoing SF campaigns related to growth initiatives
  • Accountable for data cleanup, remove duplicates and import sales leads, contacts and other data
  • Build and document process to capture client contacts and maintain data hygiene
  • Manage and oversee all Salesforce system maintenance and configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, security and permissions, workflows and validation rules, custom objects and fields
  • Responsible to ensure product sales flow are implemented via Salesforce when new products are launched and retire old
  • Collaborate with KeyBank Technology team to provide those requirements to get them into sprint reviews, existing releases and/or influence off-cycle release to support time sensitive business needs
  • Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met
  • Support UAT and facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts for data accuracy
  • Act as a project manager for all Payments Salesforce enhancements and maintenance projects related to Sales and Marketing clouds
  • Create technical training resources (step-by-step guide), “Salesforce playbooks” and deliver effective training to the Payments organization on processes and new features
  • Draft field communications to set clear expectations on “how-to” use the new enhancements in the Salesforce system
  • Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of key business metrics
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements
  • Create presentations to showcase progress and provide updates on various Salesforce campaigns and enhancements
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or a similar role with extensive experience in administration, maintenance of Salesforce systems and exceptional ability to maintain Salesforce databases
  • Relentlessly improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of our Salesforce system and business process
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
  • Move fluidly from big picture to details to deliver complex projects, often with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding prioritization, organization, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written). A “can do” mentality is required. Excellent and tactful communication skills.
  • Run cross-functional team meetings efficiently and optimally, with ability to connect dots and influence key decisions
  • Experience acting as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques to ensure adoption of sales enablement tools in a way that generates increased revenue

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
