We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator is a key member of our Enterprise applications and development team at PPL PRS. In addition to being responsible for a team of Salesforce Administrators, we are looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement and provide positive user experience.

You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of Salesforce delivery. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience, clearly explaining rational, benefits and potential impact.

Responsibilities:

· Configure and design functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce platform.

· Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com.

· Support with change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.

· Take on the role of technical lead in transformation projects, designing and delivering solutions as required by the project and set out by the project manager. Gather and record requirements. Effectively communicate with the project team, providing updates on progress, risks and time frames. Manage expectations and handle objections appropriately.

· Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritise, design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.

· Support the Operational Excellence team in transformation projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.

· Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.

· All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Organisation-Wide Defaults (OWD), sharing rules.

· Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.

· Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.

· Sandbox environment management.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

· Strong Salesforce product knowledge and proven experience of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

· Salesforce Administrator 201 certification achieved.

· Salesforce Advanced Administrator 211 certification achieved.

· Strong experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

· Experience with JIRA, Confluence for Agile Delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
