Optimize and automate processes and fully leverage tools out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Develop and enhance trigger-event-based communication while keeping best-case-examples into consideration
Implement, optimize, and redefine the underlying CRM channel orchestration
Closely analyze and evaluate channels’ effectiveness and efficiency while observing its defined KPIs
Collaborate with a global marketing team and agency partners to organize and extend upgraded digital campaigns

Requirements
Bring with you:
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management or related field
Digitally native communications professional with minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Have:
Strong analytical and communication skills with a KPI-driven mindset
Fluent English and German language skills
