About Transport Safety Victoria (TSV)
TSV's primary objective is to independently seek the highest transport safety standards that are reasonably practicable, consistent with the transport system's vision and objectives under the Transport Integration Act 2010 (Vic) (the Act).


Primary purpose of this role
The Corporate Services Branch is a multi-faceted enabler that provides critical organisational expertise to facilitate the delivery of safer passenger transport and recreational boating for all Victorians.

It does this by contributing particular expertise on strategic planning, finance and budget, governance and assurance, information and communications technology, people and culture matters, business support, legal and policy matters, communications and stakeholder engagement and research and data analysis.


Primary purpose of this role
The Salesforce Administrator, working within the Business Services IT team, is responsible for the ongoing operation of TSV's Salesforce application. The position will be service focused undertaking administrative and support activities to ensure the reliability of the system and data. The Salesforce Administrator will work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to effectively support and maintain the platform and provide expertise in optimising the Salesforce platform, ensuring TSV is maximising efficiency and capitalising on the full features and benefits of Salesforce.com.
