Here’s what you will do
We are looking for highly driven professionals, with a passion for helping customers understand how to use Salesforce and related technologies to join up their data and deliver truly excellent customer experiences. We are looking for well-rounded individuals able to architect and design Salesforce solutions but also understand how those solutions fit into the wider technology landscape and advise on integrations with those other solutions.
Internally, you will be a key contributor to our growing Marketing Technology practice. You will deepen the strength of our collective knowledge, develop collateral and help drive our growth through client extensions and bid support. You will have the opportunity to lead, shape and drive the growth of this exciting practice.
Hours
This is a permanent role within our Marketing Technology function. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes, and so travel both in the UK and international is a requirement.

Technically, you will be able to demonstrate
- Hands-on project experience across a range of Salesforce products
- General solution architecture experience producing architectures and designs including presenting at client Technical Design AuthoritiesOur Solution Architects also act in an advisory capacity so you will also display:
- Examples of solving complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that utilised the full potential of the Salesforce Platform
- Experience working directly with clients delivering complex engagements potentially as a leader or a senior member of a team
- Prior experience of working in a client-facing capacity, as part of a consulting team
- Ability to develop strong relationships and be able to influence colleagues, senior client stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
- High degree of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication, presentation and business writing skills along with the ability to manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally

- A strong knowledge of the Salesforce suite of products
- A background working with Marketing Departments on their Salesforce suite of products deployments (or other related marketing technology solutions)
- A good understanding of data, including how to source it, store it, analyse it and turn it into actionable insightThe following attributes would be ideal:
- Salesforce certification in at least one of the Salesforce Architect credentials, would be an advantage
- Evidence of designing domain-specific, multi-cloud solutions that powered personalised and frictionless customer experiences which maximise business value
- General industry knowledge in the CRM, Marketing Technology space
- A coding background or familiarity with the software development life cycle
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Experience leading a team of architects
- Experience working with the major cloud vendors
