The team
Our IT, InfoSec, Cyber Risk & Business Ops team is in the business of trust and reliability. We create, maintain and operate scalable technology and data solutions that deliver an exceptional experience for our internal & external customers. This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.
This position
DocuSign leverages multiple functions of Salesforce.com including: Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Customer and Partner Communities. In the position of Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will be primarily responsible for configuring and optimizing our enterprise Salesforce application to meet the needs of DocuSign while working with Senior Developers on programmatic aspects as well.
This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Senior Technical Manager, Enterprise Applications.
Responsibilities
Work as part of collaborative, cross functional scrum team to deliver high value Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with scrum team to understand product vision and requirements and ensure configuration meets business needs
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and business workflows
Maintain product catalog including creating products, bundles, options, price rules & approval workflows
Create & manage objects, fields, formulas, page layouts and record types
Implement workflow & validation rules
Maintain user roles, security settings & profiles
Configure and maintain third party Salesforce applications
Support change management and production deployment process
Provide support and system administration to quickly fix end user issues

Basic Qualifications
3+ years experience working with Salesforce.com in a configuration/administrative capacity within an agile environment
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
Experience working with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud & Apttus
Experience working with Data Loader, DemandTools and/or Prodly
Thorough understanding of Opportunity to Order / CPQ business processes
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Experience with CI/CD tools (like GitHub, Jenkins, etc) for Salesforce.
Experienced in Deployment process light using GIT / perforce etc.
Bachelor's Degree Required in computer science or related field
Strong team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present details to both business and technical audiences
Ability to multi task and scale quickly in a fast paced environment

Salesforce.com knowledge of system capabilities and limitations
Understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, security and functionality
Experience in a complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and LSDX is a strong plus
