The Program Manager role is part of the Salesforce.org (SFDO) Global Success Management Programs team (reporting to Senior Manager, Global Programs, Salesforce.org Customer Success Group) and is a cornerstone of our FY23 growth strategy for our Nonprofit (NGO) and Education (EDU) customers.
Working across SFDO Customer Success (CSG) teams, this role will oversee and administer select 1:few and 1:many educational and adoption programs offered to our industry customers. This includes existing programs around strategic and solution-oriented cohorts and new programs (webinars, cohorts, other programs) that may be developed for these industries.
These programs are a critical component of our SFDO customer journeys - they drive success with our platform and products - and this role is an exciting opportunity for us to broaden our reach for FY23!
Your Impact:
Ownership of program-specific communication - including impact and successes - to broader SFDO community
Work closely with cross-functional partners via our New Program Introduction process (NPI) to ensure alignment on new program requests as well as expansion of audiences for current programs
Post NPI process, work closely with the cross-functional team responsible for building new programs. This includes defining ideal customer personas and journeys, providing ongoing feedback on content and program design, and ensuring alignment on customer learning outcomes
Pilot delivery of new programs and provide feedback loop to relevant processes and teams
SME training around program delivery and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for program execution
Develop and manage quarterly review process for cross-functional program stakeholders, including regular feedback on program cadence, delivery and effectiveness
Minimum Requirements:
Analytically inclined, outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced presenter, including in the delivery of virtual programs
Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed team
Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
Ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
Proficient in content curation and maintenance, including digital content
Preferred Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience with nonprofit organizations or higher education institutions
Salesforce Admin, Nonprofit Cloud and/or Education Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud certifications
Experience in or an interest in user experience and/or design thinking
Experience inspiring change and adoption across multiple teams
Core Competencies:
