- Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex commercial objectives and processes to deliver architecture, technical design documents, guidelines and policies which deliver tangible value to business
- Demonstrates excellence in understanding complex business processes and ability to apply scenarios to Salesforce “Story-lines” as well as make business process modification suggestions to align with Salesforce best practices.
- Communicates clearly, receives feedback, and evaluates opportunities as a partner with stakeholders
- Establishes Vision, Roadmaps and Processes for SFDC and related technologies
- Designs for, enables and supports all aspects of security, compliance, governance, and data integrity
- Gathers data migration requirements, analyzes data quality requirements, defines a data quality migration plan, and executes the plan
- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization as needed
- Contributes to the growth of team member skills - leads and mentors
Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business or related field
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise software solutions
- com product certification(s) (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, SFDC Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, SFDC Certified Advanced Administrator, SFDC Marketing Cloud Certification)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with architecting Salesforce solutions and project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Strong written communication (e.g. technical, workflow, process and policy documentation, communicate at appropriate audience level)
- Strong verbal communication skills (e.g. polished presentation delivery, evangelize best practices at various levels within the organization)
- Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing, evaluating, prioritizing, designing, planning, and deploying technologies that drive increased business value.
- A desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
