The Job:
The CPQ consultant is an important member of Acoustics corporate applications team, responsible for the overall design and implementation of products in Salesforce CPQ and stewardship over all downstream processes and data. The CPQ specialist will be engaged in all phases of the product configuration lifecycle collaborating with sales and finance stakeholders contributing to designs, grooming stories, and advising on best technical approach for solving complex business problems on the Salesforce CPQ and Billing ecosystem.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the top subject matter expert over administration and support of the complete Salesforce CPQ ecosystem.
  • Acts as lead CPQ solution architect establishing standards, guidelines, and architectural principles that others adhere to.
  • Advise on all major technical and process decisions across the quote-to-billing landscape.
  • Owns and maintains CPQ architecture artifacts and portfolio roadmaps.
  • On critical and more impacting business needs, owns and is responsible for seeing to completion well rounded solutions to close gaps or business pain points.
  • Is an advocate and champion of best practices, while applying the 80/20 rule to pragmatic results.
  • Is an advocate and example for team processes, driving fast solutions within a team environment.
  • Participate as part of a small-team Agile environment; you will be joining a team of incredibly smart and passionate admins and developers with a variety of impressive professional backgrounds.
  • Be a trusted advisor to business relationship managers, administrators, and Salesforce supper user stakeholders by providing best practice expert guidance and direction for product and billing technical design and implementations in Salesforce.
The Essentials:
  • 10+ Years working in Sales Cloud ecosystem.
  • 8+ years experience in quote-to-cash.
  • 5+ Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
  • 5+ years of professional consulting experience with a top five or notable mid-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience in use of Prodly for the deployment of product configurations is a must.
  • Knowledge and experience with Prodly quote regression testing is strongly desired.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Expert in enabling marketing, sales, and support business functions through Salesforce.
  • Deep experience in marketing and sales functions and processes.
