Job summary/overview
  • Utilize salesforce and technical analysis skills to build and maintain partnerships in technology and business teams to drive requirements gathering, analysis, design and implementation for clients and colleagues in the PEO industry.

Essential duties/responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop the best solution design and approach by working closely with business and development teams.
  • Develop technical requirements for internal developers as needed.
  • Design and execute front end configurations on salesforce CRM and related cloud products.
  • Create and lead sophisticated workflow rules, data validation rules and approval processes.
  • Provide daily administration and support of company’s Salesforce database. This includes managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts.
  • Create change Sets and deploy from the development sandbox to the full data sandbox to production.
  • Coordinate and oversee testing (with business partners), including drafting test scenarios, facilitating, demos, UAT and sign-off.
  • Providing training on salesforce.com enhancement and feature delivery.
  • Analyzing large and complex data sets and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Lead, mentor and coordinate the work of a small team of 3-5 junior analysts and engineers onshore and offshore to ensure excellence in delivery.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Job requirements and qualifications
Education:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer or Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or any related Engineering or IT field of study. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).
  • In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer or Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or any related Engineering or IT field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s).

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
  • SalesForce Administrator Certificate (required)
  • Sophisticated Salesforce Certifications (expected)

Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise setting for building and maintaining a salesforce.com ecosystem

  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
