National Funding has a great opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator. National Funding is a stable, fast growing fintech company with offices in Irvine and San Diego. What You'll Be Doing:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will leverage their background and understanding of how multiple systems interact in order to deliver custom Salesforce solutions to National Funding which include:

Design customized solutions and execute the solution by leveraging SFDC configuration
Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes
Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool like Apex Data Loader
Participate in the creation and documentation of end user requirements
Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as: process builders, flows, workflow rules and approval processes
Support new user setup and training
Provide excellent support service for internal Salesforce.com users
Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards

An Ideal Candidate Looks Like This:

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in field
Basic understanding of project management principles
Ability to interpret business requirements and to estimate workload
Experience working with Agile, lean, or similar development methodologies is a plus
Well organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
Ease working in a small team working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Entrepreneurial and passionate about growing a company (not just taking a job).Willing to wear many hats and collaborate with non-technical finance types
Salesforce.com Admin Certification - ADM201 is Plus
Experience with Salesforce App Exchange apps like Conga, AdobeSign, Five9, Live Message, Advologix, Lightning a Plus
