A property management firm in Pennsylvania is currently seeking experienced professional to join their staff Remotely as their new Salesforce Business Analyst. In this role, the Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote) will be responsible for eliciting business needs, specifying user stories/use cases, modeling processes, evaluating system impacts, performing detailed analysis, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the Project team to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities, enhancements, & fixes in support of various client applications.

Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote) will be responsible for:

  • Analysis and documentation of business needs and systems impacts to ensure the successful delivery of various client applications
  • Completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects
  • Understanding the business needs and requests, identifying solutions, gathering information, and translating business needs into documented artifacts that are understandable to business and IT personnel alike
  • Documenting business requirements, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, workflow diagrams, etc.
  • Working with the Business Users to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party(s), improve efficiency in operations and overall performance
  • Collaborate with Project team and Business Partners during project planning, incremental software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related majors.
  • Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology, including: eliciting/documenting user stories/acceptance criteria, backlog management, and Sprint reviews.
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highy organized
Desired Skills:
  • Salesforce certification
