The Role

We seek for a System Analyst –Salesforce to join the Commercial Systems team within Group IT. The team consists of 6 professionals based in Denmark, US & Singapore.

The System Analyst – Salesforce will be responsible for supporting and delivery high quality CRM solutions and service to all CRM users globally. The team owns the complete portfolio of projects in the Salesforce – Sales, Service & Marketing cloud space. The CRM & Marketing Automation team under the Senior Manager SSM, will operate as an engine for change delivering projects and changes via technology initiatives to drive business value.

You will play a key role in supporting our businesses global, helping to understand their demands and translating them into system requirements and delivering the solutions.

The integration of all Source systems as BI and ERPs will be also part of your day-to-day business.

As System Analyst – Salesforce - you will report to the Senior Manager – Sales, Service & Marketing.

Requirements

You have a broad background and understand how B2B CRM works. Exposure to Agile methodologies, combined with the ability to work collaboratively with the global team is required.

You most likely fit the following profile:

• Bachelors or similar in Commerce/Computer Science/Information Systems (Masters/MBA – preferred)
• Deep background in CRM – Salesforce.com cloud stack
• Hand-on experience in software development (Java, JavaScript would be helpful)
• Knowledge about system integrations, data mapping and software development principles
• Strong analytical skills and competence with quantitative data for creating meaningful dashboards
• Very good knowledge in SQL and Database design
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar
