Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility:

• Act as Project leader for the global Roll-Out, adaptation and integration of the B2C CRM as well as for Marketing Automation.
• Create Buy-in at countries and HQ for the defined projects.
• Offer training and support for countries.
• Building up a strong network / Key user group accross countries / divisions.
• Direct and fast prototyping, independent from external developer (e.g. via Sandbox).
• Understand & Improve & translate B2C processes into automated solutions.
• Setting up project governance for CRM like:

• Common project approach
• Project controlling (time, budget,..)
• Project success

What we look for

• University degree in economics, IT or similar level of education acquired through several years of business experience.
• Advanced Project Management Skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager CRM & Marketing automation.
• Several years know How in B2C, Marketing Automation area as well as managing and leading projects.
• Being an excellent multi-project leader - Project Management
• Manage changes - inspire teams in countries and divisions
• Well versed in IT processes, good understanding of IT architecture and of sales processes.
• Technical knowledge about Salesforce and Sitecore EXM.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of English written and spoken.
