Senior Business Process Analyst, Salesforce


About the role:
The Senior Salesforce.com (SFDC) Product Owner will plan and perform business process reviews to support our Neuromodulation division. Our division is a global leader in meaningful, industry-leading solutions for Chronic Pain and Neurological diseases. You will support the development, implementation, deployment and adoption of SFDC products (Sales, Service, Community, Health, Einstein Analytics, Marketing clouds) and other business tools (SAP, Tableau, Informatica, etc.). The Sr Product Owner will be passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoy working on a wide variety of projects in a highly collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT to identify and define a problem; collect and analyze data pertaining to it; evaluate current processes and procedures; prioritize current business needs; and collaborate to create SFDC solutions to meet these needs
  • Understand voice of business/users and understand business processes
  • Adheres to project implementation governance, and develops and maintains project plans, tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items.
  • Identifies opportunities for business process improvements and establishes effective and efficient processes, including prioritizing demand.
  • Works closely with the product team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution is delivered according to the specifications and implementation needs of the business.
  • Drives data integrity in Salesforce.com platform to support forecasting accuracy.
  • Evaluate features and solutions tactically and strategically, design solutions with entire ecosystem in mind
  • Participates in special projects as. they arise, including compliance reviews, financial audits, and due diligence reviews.
  • Supports field organization analyze and develop solutions for our customers through business processes and technology improvement.
  • Collaborate with the various business units (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Business Development, etc.) to scope out future business use-cases
  • Gather and capture user requirements
  • Support product development and deployment process
  • Perform formal user acceptance testing
  • Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of Salesforce.com to address business requirements

What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com or related Customer Relationship Management software experience
  • 3+ years of business operations improvement experience
  • 2+ Years of Agile Experience
  • Experience working with JIRA, ERP, CRM, BI solutions
  • Strong data analysis skills; able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Highly organization, planning and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical device experience
  • SFDC Admin certification
